In the run up to Christmas, the Earls Court community hosted two special events to kick off the festive season.

Capco was delighted to sponsor the Earls Court Road Christmas lights and the switch-on ceremony for the third year running, which was organised by Cllr Linda Wade and the Earls Court Community Trust. Local residents enjoyed live carolling from the talented choir of Our Lady of Victories Primary School before Mayor Marie-Therese Rossi led the countdown to switch on the Christmas lights. To keep everyone cosy and warm, local baking heroes Brownie Box offered delicious mulled wine and a feast of festive nibbles that were served by TLC Estate Agents and a band of community helpers.

Later on that month, the Earls Court Project Rooms opened its doors for the annual Christmas open day where guests designed their own personalised Christmas stockings, decorative baubles and festive door-wreaths. A face-painter was also on hand to turn our younger guests into a variety of festive characters including Rudolph the Reindeer and Frosty the Snowman.

Thank you to everyone who came and celebrated with us at the open day, and on behalf of the whole Earls Court project team, we would like to wish you a happy new year.
