Christmas in Earls Court

This December, two special events took place in Earls Court to celebrate the run-up up to Christmas.

To mark the festive season, Capco was proud to sponsor the RBKC Christmas light switch-on ceremony at Earls Court Road which was organised by ward councillor Linda Wade and the Earls Court Community Trust.

Visitors enjoyed live carols from the Our Lady of Victories Primary School choir before Mayor Marie-Therese Rossi led the countdown to switch on the Christmas lights and despite the chilly weather, everyone was kept warm with spiced mulled wine and delicious canapes provided by local businesses.

The Earls Court Project Team then hosted a Christmas fête at the Project Rooms open day, which included Christmas art and craft workshops and festive treats for local residents.

Families spent the day designing beautiful Christmas wreaths and decorating baubles. A face-painter was on hand to transform our younger guests into characters from their imagination and bartenders from The Prince pub provided guests with delicious winter warmer mocktails.

Thank you to everyone who came and celebrated with us over Christmas and on behalf of the whole Earls Court project team, we wish all our neighbours a Happy New Year.
