The Transport Assessment outlines how people will be encouraged to travel to and from the site using sustainable methods of transport, describes traffic movement and assesses the impact of these movements.

The proposals for affordable housing and the redevelopment of the existing estates including the impact on residents can be found in the Housing Statement and the Social Impact Assessment which is located in the Technical Appendices of Volume 3 of the Environmental Statement.
