Our proposal
In February 2012, the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham resolved to grant planning permission for our proposal to develop the Earls Court Exhibition Centre car park on Seagrave Road into a high quality, mixed tenure residential neighbourhood.

Seagrave Road today
The Seagrave Road car park spans 7 1/2 acres (3 hectares) and is currently used by the Earls Court Exhibition Centre with capacity for 1,070 vehicles.
It is located within the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham and forms part of the Earls Court & West Kensington Opportunity Area.
