Following recent speculation regarding EC Properties Ltd, we would like to ensure that the facts are available to address any concerns or questions.

EC Properties Limited is a substantial company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Capco, one of the largest and best capitalised property companies in the UK.

Capco has significant existing internal resources and, as a major FTSE250 company listed on the London Stock Exchange, has access to the capital markets as well as private investors. Any subsidiaries of Capco that are involved in the Earls Court redevelopment will as necessary and at the appropriate time benefit from access to these sources of finance which will enable Sir Terry Farrell’s Masterplan to be implemented to deliver 7,500 new homes and 12,000 new jobs to the Earls Court & West Kensington Opportunity Area.
