Placemaking Drop-in Sessions Report

12/08/2010

Last month the Earls Court Project team hosted two Placemaking Drop-in Sessions to introduce our masterplanner Terry Farrell & Partners and the process behind creating a draft masterplan for the site.

A week before the sessions took place we wrote to our growing database of local residents who had attended previous drop-in sessions and put adverts in the local papers. Both sessions were well attended by people who live and work in the area.

We noted down feedback from comments cards and the opinions and concerns of local residents and have produced a detailed report. Simply click on the image below to download it.

You can also download the display boards we used at both sessions by clicking on the image below and view pictures in our online gallery.

In the next phase of our Community Engagement Programme in October we will be reporting back to you about how the concept behind the masterplan is progressing and ways in which local residents can influence the final masterplan. If you would like to represent your community and speak to us face to face about any aspect of the Earls Court Project, do feel free to email me at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)

Have you attended any of our drop-in sessions? We have had very positive feedback about our Community Engagement but if you feel we can improve them in any way, please leave a comment below.
