Capco is one of the largest listed property investment companies in the UK. Operating in Central London, our ambition is to unlock the potential of our sites and be at the forefront of creating special and sustainable urban neighbourhoods.

The Earls Court Project is one of our most exciting ventures, which is why we’ve hired some of the top experts in urban planning, architecture and sustainability to join our team as consultants. Everyone working on the project will be consulting local communities (see diagram below) to come up with a masterplan proposal which will be submitted for planning in the summer of 2011. No building work will start until after the Olympics in 2012.
